Panic is contagious. So is serenity. It’s just a little harder to catch.

Application: Whenever our emotions are churning and we’re trying to function from a base of anxiety and panic, serenity is a good value to apply. When we find ourselves trying to convince someone else they should be upset, it may be time to convince ourselves to get calm.
