While we don’t want to act on our dark side, most of us do from time to time. Acknowledging that it’s there helps give us the power to neutralize it, change, and join the human race.

Application: When we find ourselves fighting who we are or feeling guilty for how we really feel, it may be time to look at our dark side. When we feel like we need to be more in control of what we feel and find in ourselves, a good dose of accepting who we really are may be just the value we need to apply.
