May 16, 2019

Inventory Focus: How do you do with sharing the tender part of you, the soft spot in your heart? Do you let yourself acknowledge feelings such as missing someone, wanting to be with them, or feeling hurt? When you get sad or frightened, how do you handle it? Many people suggest that underneath exteriors of being cranky, cold, or mean is a person who feels scared, betrayed, guilty, or hurt. Maybe you could let some of those defenses go and not protect yourself quite as much?
