Generosity – Day 2
April 30, 2019
Generosity doesn’t only mean giving money. It’s both an attitude and a behavior we demonstrate toward others and ourselves. It includes smiling, listening, giving compliments, forgiving, being compassionate, being kind, laughing, approving, mentoring, encouraging—being generous with all the good stuff in life.
Application: Sometimes saying no is an important thing to do. But if we’re habitually withholding all the good stuff—trying to keep it for ourselves and finding we have less and less instead of more—we might want to try loosening up and being generous instead.
