Commitment – Day 5
May 10, 2019
Sometimes we only need to commit to something or someone once and that commitment lasts for life. Other times it helps to renew our vows. Committing to sobriety, values, or self-care and responsibility is a decision we can make each day.
Action: Carefully weigh your pledges. Take time to think things through. A commitment is a contract. Once you commit, it means you’re going to do a thing whether you feel like it or not. Try to make commitments only to those things you truly care about. Knowing when not to commit is important too. Whenever you commit, your energy and resources will follow.
