Humility – Day 2
March 19, 2023
So, I beg God and beg God to help me do something. I’m in absolute despair. Then I try again, fail, and beg God some more.
Finally, I surrender to God’s Will. And with God’s help, I accomplish what I could not do on my own.
“Look at what I did,” I proudly say when I am done.
We can feel good about what we do. But in a do-it-yourself society, a little humility is good. Humility is an honest response to life.
Application: Don’t worry about when to practice humility. If we forget to do it, this value will find us, all on its own.
