March 22, 2023

Anonymous: “Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.” Some concepts resonate across all religious and spiritual pursuits.
Action: Beyond practicing regular prayer and meditation, I was told by another mentor that forgetting about yourself and serving others is the very best antidote for pride.
