March 19, 2019
I don’t know why I get so worked up when I have to travel somewhere. It’s almost like I convince myself I have to flap my arms like a bird to fly the plane. We can make things harder than they are. But sometimes all we need to do is show up.
Application: Whenever we feel like we just can’t do what needs to be done because it’s too hard, we can look around. We’re right where we need to be at this moment. Instead of being so heavy, we can let the wind blow us to where we’re going next.
