God’s Will – Day 5

February 15, 2023

Recovery programs suggest that if we surrender to God’s Will, “clean house,” and make our amends, we’ll become more aligned with God’s Will. We’ll be given the right thought, word, or action. We’ll be shown what to do next, and when.

Action: “Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God, as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.” This is the Eleventh Step of Alcoholics Anonymous. Seems pretty clear to me. Just do it the best that you can.
