Perseverance – Day 7

“Why do we keep climbing mountains when it’s so hard and we spend so little time at the top?” I asked my hiking partner. “Because we’re not doing it just for those moments at the top. That’s so we have someplace to go. What most people don’t get, and what we need to remember, is that the climb is the important part.”
Prayer: Please give me the stamina to persevere in doing your Will. Teach me the difference between giving up and letting go. Whenever I get discouraged, please send me guidance and hope.
