Self-Acceptance – Day 7
March 10, 2023
We have so much in common. We’re each different too. Our dark emotions, the tender ones, our needs, desires, and hopes. The way we laugh, the things we find funny, the way we express ourselves, the shape of our body, the way we let other people know we care. Our struggles, mistakes, conflicts—even our battles with ourselves. Those odd little things we do like eating a whole box of cough drops because we think it tastes better than candy.
Can you remember a time, before life got to you, that you innocently accepted who you are? Maybe you could recapture some of that feeling. Bring who you are to the world.
Prayer: Help me make peace with myself.
